An 8’x15’ freight elevator services the upper floors which feature original maple floors and 14 ft. ceilings throughout.

The 3rd floor has 3 very large skylights and floor to ceiling windows on the front facade.

Studios are of varying sizes but generally extend from between 500 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft.
