This is an all volunteer effort - please try not to shout or argue with us!
 
There is positively no parking in the lot unless you can park BEHIND your tables.  
 
If your vehicle blocks customers view of other vendors or takes up space that could be assigned to other vendors you will be asked to move.
 
 
DIRECTIONS TO THE MARKET
  1. • There is no left turn to the market from Howard St. at North Ave. going SOUTH.
  2. • There is a LEGAL U turn at the lights at North and Howard going WEST.
  3. • If you are coming from Howard  Street NORTH, turn right at North Ave.
  4. • If you are coming from North  Ave. going EAST  - carry on straight ahead past Howard St..
  5. • If you are coming on Maryland Ave. going SOUTH, turn right onto North Ave. Make a LEGAL U turn at North / Howard.
 
 
LOAD OUT / IN
LOAD IN is anytime before 9 am.
Temporary parking for load out/in is either:
  1. • On the South side of North Ave between Howard and Maryland.
  2. • On Maryland at the corner of North Ave.
  3. • In the Market Lot (entrance from North Ave. only!)
 Please move your vehicles ASAP!
 
VENDOR / CUSTOMER PARKING
  1. • Parking is on the Walbert lot (our old location!), 1800 block of Maryland Ave.
  2. • Entrance from Maryland Ave. or W. Lafayette between W. Trenton and W. Lafayette
 
SPACE RESERVATION
  1. •You can reserve and pay for a specific space for the season.
  2. •If you reserve for less than the season, spots are allocated on a first come/first serve basis
  3.  
  4. PAYMENT
  5. •Pay for your spot or table on site.
  6. •Someone will come around to collect your fees.  
  7. •All funds go towards advertising and insurance.  
  8. •This is an all volunteer effort.

STATION NORTH FLEAMARKET RULES
COST: $10 per space, $10 per table.
LOCATION: South sidewalk between Howard Street and Maryland Ave.
LOAD IN: Before 9 am        LOAD OUT: After 2 pm         
SPACE SIZE: Each space is approximately 16’x8’. Multiple spaces may be requested.
VENDOR & CUSTOMER PARKING: Parking at surface lot at 1800 block Maryland Ave.
RAIN DATE: There are no rain dates.
DISPLAY: All dealers must remain inside their designated area.
ON SITE UNLOADING AND LOADING: After unloading merchandise, you must promptly move your vehicles from loading areas. Load in or load out is under direction of the market managers. Please note: Vendors arriving after 9 am will be required to load in from off site.
TABLES & CHAIRS: Tables may be available on a pre-request basis for a nominal fee. Do not remove tables from another space. . All tables must be covered by some type of covering. Tables are provided at your own risk.  Overloading will lead to collapse so please take care. Chairs are not provided. At the closure of the event please return tables to the designated areas.
EARLY BIRDS: There are no early bird sales permitted.  Sales begin at 9:00 a.m.
EARLY PACKING OR DEPARTING FROM THE SHOW: We do not permit packing until the show has closed. All dealers must clean up their spaces.
MERCHANDISE: The sale of any alcoholic beverages or fireworks is prohibited.  Management also reserves the right to restrict the sale, display, or distribution of any objectionable printed material, photographs, films, books, etc.  Sale of guns and knives are prohibited.
MARKET MANAGERS: Vendors who do not follow Market Managers instructions will be removed from the market.
TAXES: Station North Flea Market is not responsible for the charging of sales tax and/or the filing of taxes with the appropriate state agencies. Individuals, groups, communities and dealers are responsible for all and any of these taxes in accordance with state or city rules and regulations.
REFUNDS: There are no refunds once reservations have been made. Legitimate cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be given appropriate consideration for credit.
